Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Restaurant Hostess to join a premium restaurant in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain the guest waiting list.
- Coordinate table seating to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold hospitality standards.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean and organized.




- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive first impression.

Eligibility

✔ Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in the hospitality industry.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable shifts.
