We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Support Coordinator with experience in the interior design, modular furniture, fit-out, or interior contracting industry. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by coordinating client requirements, preparing quotations, following up on proposals, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales team throughout the sales process.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams.
- Follow up with clients on quotations, approvals, and order status.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings and assist in project coordination.
- Track orders and ensure timely updates to clients.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely responses.





Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support Executive in an interior design, modular furniture, fit-out, or interior contracting company.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience preparing quotations and handling sales documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused with excellent organizational skills.

Preferred

- Experience coordinating with designers, vendors, and project execution teams.
- Familiarity with CRM software or ERP systems is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,158.40 - ₹44,859.95 per month
