- Working model: Onsite
- Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram
- Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays
- Timings: 10:00am - 6:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Role: Full time

Compensation:

● CTC: 2.4 - 3.0 LPA (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for:

- Editing high-quality reels, short-form videos, and ad creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Understanding content briefs and translating them into engaging visual stories
- Working closely with content and social media teams to maintain brand consistency
- Adding motion graphics, text overlays, sound design, and transitions to enhance videos
- Staying updated with latest editing styles, trends, and platform algorithms
- Managing raw footage, organizing files, and maintaining editing workflows
- Optimizing videos for different platforms and formats
- Collaborating on ideation for video concepts and storytelling approaches
- Ensuring quick turnaround times without compromising on quality




- Basic colour correction, audio balancing, and visual enhancement

Working Hours:

The standard working hours for this position are 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays working. We do offer 4 Work From Home days in a month depending on the situation and workload. Flexibility may be required based on deadlines. All the other policies like Work from home, notice period policy will be shared on the first day of joining.

- You have a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- You’re comfortable using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- You understand what makes content engaging (hooks, retention, transitions)
- You can take feedback well and iterate quickly
- You’re detail-oriented but also fast - a rare but powerful combo
- You stay updated with social media trends and editing styles
- You’re proactive and can take ownership of your work
