We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. The role is primarily office-based and involves coordinating with on-site teams, reviewing project measurements, preparing technical reports, and ensuring smooth execution of civil engineering activities. Candidates should be comfortable visiting project sites whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate effectively with on-site teams to monitor project progress.
- Visit project sites as required to inspect work and verify execution.
- Check and validate site measurements and quantities.
- Prepare accurate measurement sheets, technical reports, and project documentation.
- Maintain records of site activities, progress, and project updates.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve site-related issues and ensure timely project completion.
- Assist in project planning, documentation, and coordination activities.
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and site coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Valuable analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as and when required.

- Problem-solving mindset and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
