The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple valet parking sites within an assigned area. The role involves supervising valet teams, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining service standards, conducting site audits, and supporting the Area Manager in delivering seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across multiple valet sites.
- Ensure adequate manpower deployment and attendance.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
- Monitor service quality, grooming, discipline, and SOP compliance.
- Resolve operational issues and customer concerns at the site level.
- Coordinate with clients and provide timely updates to the Area Manager.
- Ensure accurate updates in the Area Manager App, including site visits and attendance.
- Support onboarding and training of current valet associates.
- Submit daily operational reports and escalate critical issues promptly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in field operations, hospitality, facility management, retail, logistics, or valet operations.
- Experience in managing field teams and multiple locations is preferred.
