We are looking for a CRM Intern to assist in managing customer data, maintaining the CRM system, and ensuring timely follow-ups with members. The role involves regular calling to update records, collect information, remind members about renewals, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM.
- Call existing members for follow-ups, renewals, feedback, and documentation.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams.
- Track pending actions and ensure timely closures.
- Prepare daily CRM and follow-up reports.
- Assist in customer retention and engagement activities.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and data confidentiality.
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Comfortable making customer calls.
