A Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting products or services, finding new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves planning and executing marketing activities to increase brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate current leads and convert them into customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct market research and analyze competitors. Promote products through online and offline marketing. Prepare sales reports and present performance updates. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints. Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns. Required Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Problem-solving and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
