Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end logistics operations and transportation planning.
Coordinate dispatches with transporters, warehouses, and suppliers.
Optimize freight costs and ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory movement and operational efficiency.
Lead and mentor the operations team.
Resolve logistics challenges and ensure smooth supply chain execution.
Develop and implement SOPs to improve productivity and service levels.
Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Accounts teams for seamless operations.
Requirements:
7–12 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
Experience in commodity, agriculture, cattle feed, FMCG, or bulk trading industries is preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of transportation, freight management, and dispatch planning.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/operations software is an advantage.
