As the company continues to scale, we are hiring our first dedicated HR Executive. This is a milestone role that will help transition the organization towards a more structured, performance-driven, and corporate work culture while preserving the entrepreneurial spirit and family values that have been the foundation of our success.

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive who enjoys building systems, working closely with leadership, and helping organizations grow.

The ideal candidate must have worked for at least 3 years in a family-owned business, understanding the balance between professionalism, agility, and relationship management that such organizations require.

This role will work directly with management to build stronger hiring processes, improve employee engagement, introduce performance tracking mechanisms, and strengthen the company's people culture.

Skills & Qualifications -

- Minimum 3 years of HR experience,



preferably in a family-owned business.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong recruitment and interviewing abilities.
- Experience with employee performance management.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems is preferred.
