We are seeking a dynamic Travel Consultant to provide expert travel advice, create personalized itineraries, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, destination knowledge, and the ability to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise clients on destinations, travel options, and packages.
- Plan and book flights, hotels, transfers, and tours.
- Guide clients on visa, insurance, and travel documentation.
- Provide quotations and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and emergencies.
- Stay updated on travel trends, offers, and supplier deals.
- Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and payments.
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business.





Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel/Tourism/Hospitality (preferred).
- Minimum one year of relevant experience is required.
- Knowledge of International and domestic Air Ticketing
- Knowledge of International Tour Packages.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with attention to detail.
