Field Sales Executive

Location: Gariahat, Chowringhee, Sunny Towers, Shyam bazar, Zenith, Behala (Kolkata) | Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) | Guwahati (Assam) | Rourkela, Cuttack (Odisha)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Field Sales

Job Description

· External Relations: Recruit and build a network of Insurance Advisors, maintain relationships with customers, and promote insurance products to drive business growth.

· Internal Relations: Coordinate with Branch Manager, Operations, Training, Underwriting, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless sales and advisor development.

· Reporting Team: Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors to achieve sales and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Recruit quality Insurance Advisors by promoting career opportunities.

· Conduct advisor onboarding, product training, and sales coaching.





· Monitor advisor performance and provide continuous guidance and motivation.

· Accompany advisors on client meetings to support sales closures.

· Drive revenue generation through the advisor network and achieve business targets.

· Organize sales and recruitment activities to expand the agency network.

· Educational Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)

· Preferred Skills: Field Sales, Team Handling, Advisor Recruitment, Sales Coaching, Business Development, Relationship Management, Communication, and Target Achievement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
