A fast-growing food & beverage startup (Kochi) is looking for a Founder's Assistant to work directly with the Founder & CEO.
What this role is: This isn't a typical desk-assistant job, she'll be the Founder's right hand across daily operations, coordination, and execution. High trust, high visibility, hands-on.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Founder's daily schedule, priorities, and follow-ups
- Coordinate between outlets and the Founder
- Handle errands, vendor visits, and outlet check-ins , travel required
- Draft/organize documents, messages, and daily trackers
- Be present, dependable, and discreet with sensitive business matters
Requirements:
- Two-wheeler license is an advantage, not compulsory
- Strong communication — Malayalam & English
- Comfortable with fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Trustworthy, proactive, low ego, willing to learn the business ground-up
- Prior experience as an EA/PA or in F&B;/hospitality is a plus, not mandatory
Location: Kochi & Bangalore to be extended to South India (travel across outlets)
Reports to: Founder & CEO
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
