KTR is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage restaurant inventory and ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect and record all incoming goods. Maintain accurate inventory and stock records. Follow FIFO/FEFO and proper storage practices. Issue stock to kitchen as per requisitions. Conduct daily stock checks and monthly inventory. Monitor expiry dates, wastage and shrinkage. Coordinate with vendors and the purchase team. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store area. Update inventory using Excel or inventory software. � Indeed +1 Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in restaurant/hotel stores. Knowledge of inventory management and stock control. Basic MS Excel/computer skills. Honest, organized and detail-oriented.
