We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee the quality of our feldspar powder, potash feldspar powder, and grains/chips. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our products meet strict quality standards, particularly K2O percentages and residue limits. You will operate our Panalytical XRF analyzer, manage on-floor quality, coordinate with the captive mining team, and lead lab personnel.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* *Quality Analysis & Testing:* Conduct thorough testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products, including monitoring K2O percentages and residue levels.

* *XRF Operation:* Operate and maintain the Panalytical XRF spectrometer, including sample preparation, disc formation, and data interpretation.

* *Wet Chemical Analysis:* Perform dry/titration methods for chemical analysis as a complementary or primary testing method alongside the XRF.

* *Mining & Quarry Coordination:* Collaborate closely with the mining engineer at our captive captive mining site to guide the extraction of material that meets current order requirements and quality standards.

* *Sampling & Blending:* Establish and execute proper sampling procedures for both mine materials and outside procurement. Develop new blending recipes to achieve the exact material specifications required by our customers.

* *Record Keeping & Documentation:* Ensure,



with the help of lab assistants, that accurate records and documents of all tests, analyses, and procedures are maintained and kept up to date.

* *Team Leadership:* Lead, train, and mentor lab assistants. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure that knowledge is shared across the entire team, rather than being held by a single individual.

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a relevant engineering/science field.

* Proven experience in quality control within a mineral processing, ceramic, or relevant manufacturing industry.

* Hands-on experience operating Panalytical XRF equipment and performing wet chemical titrations.

* Robust understanding of feldspar mineralogy and processing.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage both floor staff and the mining team.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
