● Responsible Recruitment of schools under TA Lead guidelines

● Maintaining MIS report of new joining data.

● Maintaining and updating employee database master on weekly basis.

● Taking care of new employees on boarding including HRMS login creation, E-mail Id creation, employee code number creations.

● Maintain database for attrition report of employees.

● Issuing the Offer Letter and explaining the terms and conditions associated with the offer and Handling Exit formalities

● Updating HRIS Responsible for various Client relationship management

● Maintaining employee personal files documentations.

● Maintain the probation extension of the employees and issuing confirmation letters.

● Ensure delivery of all HR Operations activities on assigned TAT. Identifying the critical success factors from an HR perspective and formulates the strategy.





● Designing and implementation of new and/or existing HR policies and systems aimed at attracting, motivating and retaining talent.

● Auditing Payroll Compliances

● Monitoring the execution of well-planned induction programs to enable the new employees reach productivity levels faster.

● Directing and monitoring the conduct of performance appraisal as per set schedules, provides technical guidance to appraisers, oversees proper documentation and timely decision making of related decisions.

● Ensuring process efficiency and drive system adherence for the HR function

● Maintain and present MIS reports for HR function

● Ensure the HRMS implementation for all the schools.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
