Position Title: Academics Counsellor_ Education sales

Responsibilities

 To receive inbound calls and counseling engineer aspirants.

 To do outbound calls as per the leads received from support teams

 To counsel prospective students on telephone/IVRs/Online.

 To escalate the prospects/queries, if required on time

 To manage front office desk by resolving student’s face to face queries, if required.

Competencies

 Command on verbal/Written English communication skills

 Telephone handling skills – Voice/Tone/Pitch/Timely Information

 Persuasive skills, Multitasker

 Adaptable, flexible and fast learner

 Self-motivated, High Integrity, Independent & Outside the BOX thinker

Educational Qualifications

 Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience

 1 - 3 years of experience in lead generation.

 Preference to experience in IT & Education (EdTech) industry
