We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting company growth through effective communication and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

Present company products/services to prospective clients.

Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business deals.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business targets.

Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals.

Good negotiation and convincing ability.

Basic understanding of sales and marketing strategies.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Prior experience in sales/business development is a plus.
