Senior IT Executive (5–10 years)

Location: Nariman Point, Churchgate

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and email systems.
- Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, Hyper-V, and server infrastructure.
- Configure and support FortiGate firewalls, networking devices, Aruba Wi-Fi, and VPNs.
- Monitor IT infrastructure, backups, disaster recovery (DR), NAS/SAN, and system security.
- Provide desktop and laptop support, software installation, and technical troubleshooting.
- Manage antivirus, Microsoft updates, IT inventory, compliance, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare IT infrastructure reports and maintain SOP documentation.
- Support video conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, Google Meet).

Preferred skills

- Domain, hosting, and DNS management




- CCTV management
- Email server administration

Qualifications

- Graduate or Postgraduate
- MCSE or equivalent IT certification preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
