- Check and scan movie tickets at the entrance.
- Guide customers to their screens or seats.
- Assist customers with show timings and theatre information.
- Ensure only valid ticket holders enter the cinema hall.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the lobby area.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Coordinate with security and theatre staff when required.
- Help manage crowds during busy shows and weekends.
Skills Required
