- The Insurance domain knowledge is a must.
- Arabic or French speaking and reading are a must.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Solid experience in the design of enterprise-grade systems
- Ability to understand the client requirements, perform gap analysis and design mock-ups.
- Creating functional specification documents
- Experience in client handling and coordinating with the development team, test and validate and deliver.
- Conduct User training and perform User Acceptance Testing
