We’re looking for a hands-on digital marketer who can own our marketing efforts end-to-end and drive measurable growth for both our brand and our clients.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of proven experience to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn

Manage SEO strategy — keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and link building

Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms and grow organic engagement

Run and optimize email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite

Manage and optimize landing pages for conversions (CRO)

Generate qualified leads for the company and client projects, and manage the lead pipeline

Collaborate with design and development teams for creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes,



and tools (including AI-based marketing tools)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)

Proven experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads with measurable ROI

Strong working knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar)

Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager

Experience with social media management and scheduling tools

Positive copywriting and content creation skills in English and Hindi

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns

Good to Have

Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications

Experience with WordPress and basic landing page builders

Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar)

Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing / WhatsApp Business API campaigns

Basic understanding of graphic tools (Canva, Figma) for quick creatives

Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for marketing workflows
