To build, strengthen, and sustain long-term relationships with donors, ensuring consistent engagement, donor satisfaction, and support for Sevalaya’s initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual, corporate, and institutional donors
- Regularly engage with donors through calls, meetings, emails, and events
- Ensure timely communication of updates, reports, and impact stories to donors
- Coordinate donor visits to project locations and facilitate interactions
- Maintain and update donor database and records accurately
- Work closely with the fundraising team to support donor retention and acquisition strategies
- Prepare donor communication materials such as reports, newsletters, and acknowledgements
- Ensure timely acknowledgment of donations and compliance with donor requirements




- Identify opportunities to enhance donor engagement and satisfaction

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relationship management and networking ability
- Positive documentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Passion for social sector / NGO work
- Willingness to travel for donor meetings and field visits

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Social Work/Management preferred)
- Experience in donor relations, fundraising, or CSR coordination is an added advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
