SHIFT TIMMINGS - 10.30AM to 7.30PM

Daycare In-charge – Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children in the daycare.

2. Supervise and manage daily daycare operations smoothly.

3. Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitization of the daycare area.

4. Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning, play, and recreational activities.

5. Ensure timely meals, snacks, rest, and personal care for children.

6. Monitor children’s health, behavior, and emotional well-being, and report concerns promptly.

7. Maintain attendance records and daily activity reports.

8. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s daily routine and progress.

9. Supervise daycare assistants and ensure adherence to school policies and SOPs.

10. Ensure toys, learning materials, and equipment are clean, protected, and well-maintained.

11. Handle emergencies and administer first aid (where trained)



as per school protocols.

12. Support admissions by explaining daycare facilities and addressing parent queries.

13. Ensure compliance with all child protection, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

14. Maintain a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.

15. Coordinate with the preschool academic and administration teams for smooth functioning.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Child safety incidents: Zero major incidents

* Parent satisfaction: 90%+ positive feedback

* Attendance and records: 100% accuracy

* Hygiene audit compliance: 100%

* Timely parent communication: 100%

* Staff discipline and adherence to SOPs: 100% compliance

* Activity planning and execution: As per monthly calendar

* Retention of daycare children: High retention and positive parent referrals

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
