DigiClimber.com is recruiting for the role of iOS Developer to help develop market-leading softwares. The iOS Developer is responsible for working as part of a team whose overall objective is to develop and deploy new functionality for the clients.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Proficiency in building and delivering iOS apps
- Have experience building iOS applications in a production environment using Swift
- Understanding of CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
- Experience working closely with designers, systems engineers, and software engineers in a collaborative development environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Stay up-to-date and experiment with the latest iOS technologies
- Have a product-focused mindset
- Think critically about how your work connects to the business strategy and overall vision
- You can collaborate with iOS, Android, and Server engineers in order to ship features
- Have a passion or interest in the consumer health tech space and want to build a unique user experience that is the first of its kind
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering projects to deadlines
- 1-4 years of professional development experience
- Experience in the EdTech space is a plus
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0)
- Proficient with Objective-C or Swift
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as HealthKit, Core Data, CoreML and WatchOS
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
- Knowledge of other web technologies and UX/UI standards
- Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
- Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
- Knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
