Job Description:As a Production Manager at Burak Metering, you will oversee the manufacturing and assembly operations of flow meters and process instrumentation products. You will be responsible for production planning, resource management, process optimization, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance.Responsibilities include:Managing daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.Developing and implementing productive manufacturing processes and workflows.Coordinating with procurement, design, and quality teams for smooth production operations.Monitoring equipment performance, maintenance schedules,



and manpower utilization.Ensuring compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.Analyzing production data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.Additional Information:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.7+ years of experience in production management within the instrumentation, metering, or manufacturing industry.Strong leadership and organizational skills with hands-on shop floor management experience.Knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality systems, and ERP-based production planning.
