We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Accountancy Faculty to deliver high-quality classroom and practical training to students. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting concepts and the ability to simplify complex topics through engaging teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom sessions on Financial Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Taxation.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students in understanding accounting principles and solving practical problems.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students with academic mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, taxation laws, and industry practices.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth course delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
- CA Inter/CMA/ACCA (completed or pursuing) is an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience in accounting.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally Prime, and accounting software is preferred.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience).
