We are looking for a Process Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and supporting various internal processes of the company. The candidate should ensure smooth workflow, proper coordination between departments, and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational processes.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to process timelines.
- Track pending activities and follow up with concerned departments.
- Identify process gaps, resolve operational issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain effective coordination between cross-functional teams.
- Ensure process compliance, accuracy, and proper documentation.
- Prepare and share process status reports.
- Support continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity. company procedures and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management

- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
