*Housekeeping Supervisor - Hotel*
*Role*: Supervise housekeeping operations to maintain room and public area cleanliness as per hotel standards.
*Key Duties*:
- Inspect rooms, corridors, lobby & washrooms daily
- Assign duties, manage attendance & train staff
- Handle guest complaints and VIP room setups
- Control inventory of linen, amenities & cleaning supplies
- Ensure safety, hygiene and audit compliance
- Coordinate with Front Office & Engineering
*Requirements*:
- 3-5 years hotel housekeeping experience, 1+ year as Supervisor
- Hotel Management Diploma preferred
- Good communication, grooming & leadership skills
- Adaptable for shifts/weekends
*Reports to*: Executive Housekeeper
