- Reporting directly to the Area Manager the Store Manager should have a hands-on approach to Store operations. They need to lead, motivate, inspire and influence the store’s team of Supervisors and Store Assistants to ensure the store is trading efficiently, safely, within legal constraints and offering the highest customer service standards. Ideally, Store Managers will have had previous experience in a customer facing retail or wholesale environment together with excellent organizational, communication and people management skills.
