As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves executing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. The role includes collaborating with team members to design software configurations and customizations that align with business process designs and application needs. This position requires careful attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure that software solutions are tailored effectively to support organizational objectives and operational workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software configurations meet business requirements.
- Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records to support audit and compliance needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving configuration-related issues to minimize system downtime.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on configuration best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience with data modeling and schema design within cloud-based data warehousing environments.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes.
- Ability to optimize query performance and manage large datasets efficiently.
- Familiarity with security and access control mechanisms in data warehouse platforms.
- Experience in collaborating with development teams to implement scalable data solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.

- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
