Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Allocate leads and monitor follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Ensure timely counseling of prospective students and parents.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance through reports and KPIs.
- Train, mentor, and coach admission counselors on sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Handle escalated admission queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve admissions and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with marketing, academics, finance, and operations for a seamless admission process.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare admission reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and admission guidelines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
