Role Summary
We're looking for a Product Analyst to bridge the gap between customers, developers, and leadership , researching competitor ERPs, documenting product features, and turning customer feedback into clear requirements our dev team can build from.

Core Responsibilities

- Document existing ERP/accounting features and workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, HR/Payroll)
- Convert customer feedback and support requests into clear product requirements
- Write BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, and user documentation
- Research competitor ERP/accounting platforms and build feature comparison matrices

Secondary Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Development, QA, and Sales teams on feature clarifications
- Track and maintain the product roadmap
- Maintain the internal product knowledge base
- Create workflow diagrams for existing and proposed features





Must-Have Skills

- Strong analytical and business-process thinking
- Excellent written English (documentation is core to this role)
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts (invoicing, GL, AR/AP, tax/VAT logic)
- Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools

Nice-to-Have

- Prior exposure to ERP, SaaS, or fintech products
- Experience creating workflow/process diagrams

Qualification

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
- Freshers with strong analytical/documentation ability are encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
