Job Description:-

- Oversee the receiving, inspection, and storage of raw materials, fragile components and packaging materials.
- Ensure 100% accurate and on-time kitting and material issuance to the assembly lines to prevent manufacturing bottlenecks.
- Implement rigorous cycle counting and regular stock audits to maintain near-perfect inventory accuracy between physical stock and the ERP system.
- Maximize warehouse space utilization by implementing logical zoning for heavy goods versus high-velocity small items (blender jars, spare parts).
- Establish strict material handling protocols to minimize shrinkage and damage, particularly for glass-based and electronic appliances.
- Manage the picking, packing, and dispatch processes for distinct channels: bulk B2B distributor shipments,



and single-unit D2C e-commerce orders (SunshineIndia.com).
- Work closely with the Dispatch/Transport team to ensure On-Time In-Full metrics are met and outbound docks are cleared efficiently.
- Establish a smooth workflow for receiving, inspecting, and processing customer returns or defective exchange units.
- Lead, train, and roster a team of warehouse staffs and labours.
- Enforce strict warehouse safety protocols, ensuring compliance with fire safety, occupational health, and material handling guidelines.
- Track and improve warehouse KPIs, keeping labor and operational costs within the assigned budget.
- Implement rigorous cycle counting and regular stock audits to maintain near-perfect inventory accuracy between physical stock and the ERP system.
