We are looking for result-driven Assistant Branch Managers with strong Gold Loan experience and Broking also to lead high-performing teams, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end branch operations efficiently.
- Drive sales of Gold Loans, Stock Broking, Investment Products, and NBFC offerings.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch sales teams to achieve business targets.
- Achieve revenue and profitability goals through effective business development.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships while expanding the branch's local market presence.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and superior customer service.

Requirements

✔ Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial services.
✔ Mandatory experience in Gold Loans.




✔ Experience in Stock Broking and/or NBFC products will be an added advantage.
✔ Strong leadership, team management, and sales skills.
✔ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets.
