- Assist customers in planning and booking international tour packages.
- Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and booking confirmations.
- Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, travel insurance, and other travel services.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and internal departments to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Provide customers with accurate travel information, documentation, and pre-departure guidance.
- Assist with visa documentation and travel-related requirements.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, payments, and customer communications.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, industry trends, and company products.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
