- Strong experience in designing and implementing compensation-related software solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and tools to build scalable applications.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and maintainable code.
