Job Description: Area Sales Officer – FRP Rebar

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Officer for FRP Rebar sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the construction and infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for FRP Rebar products.
- Generate new business opportunities with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and infrastructure companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and project stakeholders.
- Visit project sites, understand customer requirements, and provide product solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
- Prepare sales proposals and quotations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, construction products, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and project sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good command of English and professional client handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
