Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and Target Prospects: Research and identify potential US-based companies in the retail sector that would benefit from SkillNet’s IT retail services.
- Direct Sales: Establish direct contact with key decision-makers within target companies through phone, email, social media, and other communication channels
- Relationship Building: Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with our marketing and presales teams to align strategies, messaging, and resources for successful client engagement and conversion
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that includes prospecting, lead generation,



and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- This position reports to the SVP for Retail at SkillNet

Educational Qualification:

MBA or equivalent

Experience:

- 15+ Yrs of experience
- Proven track record in direct sales, with experience in the IT or retail sector as a must have
- Strong understanding of modern commerce trends and the ability to articulate the value of SkillNet’s IT retail services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse client profiles.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule to accommodate time zone differences. Able to travel to US when required
