Position Overview
We are hiring a Sorting Executive to manage daily parcel sorting and operational activities within the courier hub. The candidate will be responsible for handling shipment segregation, scanning, dispatch coordination, and ensuring smooth workflow during operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform parcel and courier sorting based on destination, route, and service type
- Handle inward and outward shipment processing
- Scan, label, and verify shipment details accurately
- Coordinate dispatch activities with delivery and transport teams
- Ensure parcels are arranged and loaded properly for timely dispatch
- Monitor operational flow and report delays or issues to supervisors
- Maintain accuracy in shipment handling and documentation
- Support inventory and package tracking activities
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and proper handling of courier materials
- Follow company operational procedures and safety guidelines
- Assist in daily operational tasks assigned by the Operations Manager
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Physically fit to handle courier sorting activities
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
