A Telecaller is responsible for contacting existing and potential customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain strong customer relationships. They handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, update customer information in the CRM system, and work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, offers, and schemes clearly.
- Generate leads and schedule customer appointments.
- Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database.




- Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams for customer requirements.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.

Preferred Qualification:

- Any Degree/Diploma (12th Pass may also be considered based on experience).
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
