- Generate new business opportunities for PCD Pharma Franchise and Third Party Manufacturing services across India.
- Identify, contact, and onboard new distributors, franchise partners, and pharma marketing companies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online platforms.
- Promote the company's product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities to prospective clients.
- Prepare and share quotations, product lists, price lists, and marketing materials with customers.
- Coordinate with the production, purchase, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and social media.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and order quantities while maintaining company profitability.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both PCD Franchise and Third Party Manufacturing.




- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-up updates in the CRM or Excel.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide prompt after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify current business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for payment follow-ups and outstanding collections.
- Represent Saphnix Lifesciences professionally while maintaining high standards of customer service and business ethics.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and generate qualified leads.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management review.

Pay: ₹15,557.00 - ₹40,956.18 per month
