Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Edappally, Ernakulam
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Age Requirement: 30 – 40 years

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. The ideal candidate should have a strong financial background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to guide the organization toward profitability and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance department including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
- Supervise and guide junior finance team members.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Age: Between 30 and 40 years.
- Education:



M.Com or CA Intermediate (CA Inter candidates preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Stability: Should not have switched more than 3 companies throughout career.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and relevant financial software.
- Compliance Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
