Summary:
SAP Test Management is the primary mandatory skill for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

1- SAP Test Management (Mandatory)
2- 4+ years SAP Test Management experience
3-SolMan Test Management keyword
4- SAP Test Automation as a valuable-to-have skill

1-Candidate should have exposure to SAP - S/4 test management. ( Mandatory)
2-Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Test Management is required.
Ability to lead the team.




Good communication and presentation skills to discuss with client in structured way.
Defining the Test strategy approach covering – methodologies, deliverables, tools, data, governance
Experience with defining the scoping for different test phases covering.

7- Non-functional testing such as print, label, performance test.
8- Solman tool experience
Advantage if person knows Test automation.
Should also travel to Pune client location office during colocation ( Not reallocation) at defined frequency.

Additional Information:

- Candidates should have 4+ years of SAP Test Management experience.
- Preferred overall experience is 15+ years for the Level-7/Manager role.
- Candidates with around 12+ years may still be considered if they possess strong SAP Test Management expertise.

Team & Leadership Expectations
1-This is largely an independent lead role rather than a large people-management role.
2-Team handling experience is beneficial, but the focus should remain on SAP Test Management capability.
3-Leadership experience with teams of around 10 members is acceptable.
4-Location & Travel
5-Pune is the preferred location.
6- PAN India candidates can be considered if willing to travel.
7- Candidates should be willing to travel to Pune approximately once every two months.
