Job Title: Office Boy / Office Assistant

Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience) + travel reimbursement + festival bonus
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week (Sunday off)

Eraya Ecommerce runs Eraya Style, a personalized jewelry and gifting brand that has delivered over 1 lakh orders across India. We have an in-house production and dispatch setup in Ghitorni where our team handles everything from customization to packing.

Key Responsibilities

- Keep the office, workstations, pantry and washroom clean and organized daily
- Prepare and serve tea/coffee/water for the team and visitors
- Handle outside errands — bank visits, courier drops and pickups, market purchases, stationery and pantry supplies
- Receive incoming shipments and move material to the store area
- Occasionally support the packing team during festival and peak-sale days
- Manage waste disposal and keep packing material stocked at workstations
- Open and close the office, and ensure lights,



fans and AC are switched off at the end of the day
- Any other basic office task assigned by the manager

Requirements

- Minimum 8th–10th pass
- 0–3 years experience as office boy, helper or peon (freshers with the right attitude are welcome)
- Able to read and write basic Hindi
- Comfortable using a smartphone (WhatsApp, Google Maps, UPI payments)
- Should live in or near Ghitorni, Chhatarpur, Sultanpur, Aya Nagar, Vasant Kunj or nearby areas
- Punctual, honest and hardworking
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence is a plus (fuel and travel fully reimbursed)
