Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, billing, MIS reporting, inventory reconciliation, statutory compliance, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare periodic MIS reports for management.
- Support inventory forecasting and stock reconciliation in coordination with the Purchase and Projects teams.
- Prepare client and vendor invoices and maintain billing records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.
- Support internal and statutory audits by preparing the required documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Working knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi. Marathi will be an added advantage.
