About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Legal & Compliance Intern to support our growing legal and compliance function. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate law, contract management, and emerging areas like data privacy and AI compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts (NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, etc.)
- Support compliance with legal, regulatory, and data protection requirements
- Help maintain and update company policies, compliance trackers, and documentation
- Conduct legal research on corporate, labor, and data privacy laws
- Assist in reviewing client agreements related to AI/data annotation projects
- Support internal audits, due diligence, and risk assessments
- Coordinate with HR, operations, and business teams for compliance-related matters

Requirements





- Currently pursuing or recently completed LLB/LLM
- Interest in corporate law, data privacy, and AI regulations
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Close attention to detail and confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of contracts and compliance processes
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Positive to Have

- Exposure to data protection laws (GDPR, DPDP Act, etc.)
- Previous internship experience in legal/compliance
- Interest in tech, AI, or startup ecosystem
