1. Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering Mechanical or Electrical / Engineering.

2. 3-5 Years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor MEPF with QS Consultancy firm or Construction Company.

3. Computer literate & positive communication skill in English

Job Details:

1. Should be able to maintain and update Trackers: RO, Contract, PO, VO, Contract Compliance, Engineer’s Instructions, Letter Log, Back-charge, Invoice register, Free issue materials, KIPL’s hired equipment and manpower log

2. Should be able to maintain and update contract PO/VO Log.

3. Should be able to assistance in preparation of Progress Meeting MoM to Post Contract QS Manager - MEPF

4.



Should be able to assist Post Contract QS Manager – MEPF Final Contract Price

5. Should preferable to maintain MIS Reports of on-going projects & regularly provide update on the same

6. Quantity Take-off from drawings

7. Prepare BOQ and Rate Analysis for MEPF Items Should have adequate knowledge on market price, makes, vendors of MEPF materials and equipment.

8 Should be able to handle local and miscellaneous purchases.
