Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer with 4–5 years of experience to lead our design team and manage end-to-end interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and client management skills, a strong design portfolio, and the ability to mentor junior designers while delivering high-quality projects within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and mentor the interior design team across multiple projects.

· Develop creative design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and presentations.

· Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present design solutions.

· Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.

· Coordinate with architects, vendors, consultants, and execution teams.

· Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

· Review and approve design outputs before execution.

· Keep abreast of the latest interior design trends, materials,



and technologies.

Required Skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong client-facing, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

· Proven leadership and team management skills.

· Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

· 4–5 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors.

· Experience in independently handling client meetings and leading design teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Candidates must be currently based in Delhi NCR only.

· Experience working with reputed interior design firms or architecture studios.

· Excellent command of English and Hindi.

· Robust leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

· Ability to travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
