Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR HOD / Head – Human Resources for our logistics firm located at Eachanari, Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for handling complete HR operations, manpower planning, recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, training, and HR policy implementation across office, hub, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the HR department and manage end-to-end HR activities.
- Handle manpower planning and recruitment for operations, accounts, admin, hub, and managerial positions.
- Coordinate with department heads and hub managers for manpower requirements.
- Manage onboarding, induction, employee documentation, and HR records.
- Monitor attendance, leave, discipline, grooming, and employee compliance.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and salary inputs.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, labour records, and other HR documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, resignation, exit formalities, and full & final coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor training needs and coordinate internal training programs.
- Prepare HR MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure smooth coordination between HR, operations,



finance, admin, and management.

Required Candidate Profile:

- MBA HR / MSW HR / Any degree with strong HR experience.
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, transport, warehouse, manufacturing, or service industry.
- Prior experience in handling a team and managing multi-location manpower is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Good communication, leadership, follow-up, and decision-making skills.
- Must be able to work in a rapid-paced logistics environment.
- Candidate should be willing to work from Eachanari, Coimbatore.
