Key Responsibilities
- Make 150+ outbound calls per day.
- Work on company-provided leads and engage with potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions in a simple and explicit manner.
- Support customers through the application and documentation process.
- Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversion.
- Build strong customer relationships for renewals and referrals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
